In order to be a true resource for all things Real Estate, Finance and financial freedom for your clients, it's important for you to be an expert on it yourself. Achieving financial freedom should be a goal for everyone - but many people aren't aware that they have the ability to achieve it.

Many consumers don't understand that financial freedom is attainable for them, simply because they aren't making millions per year. During this step, it's your job to open their mind to the possibilities so they will retain the strategies that you're going to tell them. 

 

 

Explain the 7 laws of money

2. Create a budget based on necessities and reality - use 80%-90% of your income

3. Make thy gold multiply

4. Guard thy treasure from loss

Knowing how much they need in order to cover their bills and expenses is the first step in creating a budget that works for the client. Have them go over their last 3 months' expenses in order to see how much they're able to save or invest.
